Zecnero keeps Zcash’s address model. Transparent addresses show everything on chain, like Bitcoin. Shielded addresses hide the sender, the receiver and the amount. A Zecnero address is not a Zcash address: the encodings differ, and software must reject one where the other is expected.

Lose the seed, lose the coins.
Write your seed phrase on paper and keep it offline. Nobody from Zecnero will ever DM you asking for it. Anyone who does is trying to rob you.
